So, working in a new department, meeting new people, learning all sorts of new routines, keeping very busy. One of the fun things we've done, though, is at one of the staff meetings we have each month, people have been taking personality, communication style, etc. tests to get to know each other and each other's work styles a bit better. Here are my two from this month's meeting:
